Exact payment instruction
The customer must send the exact cryptocurrency, amount, network and address displayed for the created CAS transaction before its expiry. A quote preview is not a transaction and does not reserve cash.
ATM availability
Cash availability and banknote composition can change before creation. The final transaction response and physical terminal state remain authoritative.
Failed or ambiguous requests
Do not create another transaction after an ambiguous creation response. Contact support with the generated support reference so the operator can reconcile CAS before any retry.
Compliance
Transactions may be limited, delayed or rejected by identity, sanctions, AML, fraud, geographic, terminal or legal controls configured by the operator and CAS.
Liability and complaints
Insert the operator’s legally reviewed liability limits, complaint channel, response times, governing law and dispute-resolution process.
