Eligibility
Transaction points require an attached eligible account and an authoritative CAS snapshot confirming physical cash collection. Payment detection, cash readiness or a transaction ID alone is insufficient.
Risk and reversal
Risk-held, autoexecuted, mismatched, reversed, fraudulent, duplicate or manually reviewed transactions may be excluded. Reversals create immutable negative ledger entries. Unavailable balances become points debt settled before future credit.
Top-15 programme
Monthly ranking uses verified collected volume only, requires opt-in and displays a masked name. Operator-configured limits, awards and campaign dates apply.
Vouchers
CAS vouchers remain under CAS authority. Internal vouchers can add promotional points only after verification and cannot authorize cash withdrawal or override CAS fees.
Changes
Publish notice, effective dates, expiry rules and treatment of existing balances after legal and accounting review.
